Measles! What's Measles?

   I was under the impression that we had long ago virtually eliminated diseases like chicken pox, polio, measles, small pox and other assorted diseases by nationwide immunization programs instituted by schools, not the federal government.  If the feds had been running the program half of our population would probably have died away by 1964.  When I was a young boy riding my dinosaur to school, nurses administered the shots at the schools at the beginning of each school year.  The only ways you could not be immunized was if you had a written medical excuse from your doctor or if you objected for religious reasons.

     The point being that the dreaded diseases we were fighting almost faded completely away.  Now in 2015 we've got an epidemic?  What happened?  Of course the liberal socialists say it's because the federal government hasn't set up a department with a $60B annual budget to enforce schools to do what they used to do anyway.  I have another idea.

     How many tens of thousands of young illegals (18 and under) have flooded into the USA in the past 4-5 years?  Didn't over 40,000 just sneak in just last year whereby Emir Obama quickly distributed them all over the country so they couldn't be located and deported?   We supposedly have 12-18 million illegals living among us, a vast majority of them unscreened or immunized.  Do you believe that Obama's "open door" policy resulting in massive numbers of illegals flooding our borders, and the near epidemic of a measles outbreak is just a coincidence?

     California prides itself in being a sanctuary state, so again is it just a coincidence the measles outbreak began in California?  Disneyland is targeted as the starting line for the outbreak.  Well duh, where do most visitors and illegals want to go when they first get to Cali-y'know-fornia?  Think it might be Disneyland?

     Instead of spending billions for a federally controlled immunization program that won't work, why not mandate local school systems to do it?  Then just maybe we could take all those billions and use them to seal the border and stop the endless flow of unscreened illegals from entering the country.  Course I guess then the dems would have to figure out how to let south-of-the-border Hispanics vote in our national elections.
